I'm not going to say anything so that I don't get accused of giving anything away. But I will say this, after I finished watching it, I scoured the internet to find more information about it. And senior year of high school, my AP English teacher and I would have been talking about this movie for months. Take that, Mrs. Thomas.

I coulda been a dancer

I am consumed by work. So much so that I dream about it. In fact, last night, I was dreaming a normal coming-of-age, maybe I'll be a ballerina dream when all of a sudden I was plieing into the office. It was awkward. I plied (there is no good way to spell that) right into the finance department and I'm SURE that there was no reason for that. Anyway, my dream told me to go back and get more in touch with the marketplace. So today, I read some blogs. God, I love Seth Godin's blog. Check it out: Seth's Blog.

But I stole this from his blog because, well, it's relevant:

Georgia, the Country

I don't know why, but that whole war in Georgia thing caught me totally off guard. I guess I didn't remember that there was war still out there. I mean, I remember that there's a war that we are fighting in the middle east, but I guess I just assumed that everything else everywhere else was fine, and that one part of the world was a little messed up but everything else was ok. What happened with that war anyway?

I bet one legend that keeps recurring throughout history, in every culture, is the story of Popeye.

Gosh, remember Jack Handey and all his Deep Thoughts? He used to be the shit.

Instead of having 'answers' on a math test, they should just call them 'impressions' and it you got a different 'impression' so what, can't we all be brothers?

It's been about a year since my last post, so time to get a move on...

Blogging is like the diary that you resolve to come back to every New Year. Although, for most people, it is actually less than a real year. Not for me. No sir. I like to keep things boringly monotonous for about a year, leave my blog alone for about another year, and then pretend like I really know what I'm doing this time around. But don't worry, this time it's going to be all fun and several games.
