I'm really pissed off at Facebook right now for a couple of reasons...maybe not at Facebook, but how Facebook has changed us/society...
1) You no longer have to drive by someone's house to stalk them; now, you just have to drive the world wide web.
2) And yet, I actually get pissed when people don't have a facebook page because I can't find out who we both know.
3) Carrie Campbell is...
4) I no longer know who anyone is because they have gotten married and changed their last names.
5) I actually recognize people in real life who I have never actually met because I've seen them on Facebook.
6) People no longer feel the need to ask anyone what the other person is feeling; they just change their status.
7) I don't know everyone who ever lived in Chicago. Or everyone over the history of time who went to Notre Dame. You can probably stop telling me to be friends with them.
8) It is not ok to ask someone out or ask someone to dinner via facebook; that has not nor will it ever be, ok.
9) I hate that it actually recommends that I be friends with the ex-boyfriend of mine that I haven't spoken to in more than 4 years.
